The Role
As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within a rural setting. This is a hands on role, working within a number of departments to drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, practical knowledge, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining safety and sustainability standards.

Experience within Agriculture and/or Transport essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operational activities across departments
* Manage staff, contractors, and seasonal workers
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate production and operational records
* Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
* Lead, mentor, and develop team members
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity
* Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning
Requirements:
* Experience within Agriculture and/or Transport essential.
* Proven experience in an Operations Supervisor or similar leadership role
* Valid driver's license
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience managing teams in a rural setting
* Ability to work flexibly during peak seasons
* Strong communication
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems
