Ready to work, grow, and play at Village Hotel Club? We’re looking for a passionate and organized leader to keep our clubs running like a well‑oiled machine, ensuring the highest levels of member experience and staff excellence.


Responsibilities

* Maintain the smooth operation of the leisure club facilities, including poolside and gym.
* Ensure member satisfaction through efficient processes and customer excellence.
* Coach and motivate staff to achieve the best service and seamless operations.
* Partner with the Leisure Club Manager to oversee day‑to‑day club operations.
* Lead the team to push boundaries through killer customer service and passion for fitness.


Qualifications

* A passion for leisure and fitness.
* Good knowledge and experience of leisure operations.
* Attention to detail and a drive to ensure that the highest levels of member experience are consistently delivered.
* Leadership and motivational skills, passion for developing others.
* Strong organisational ability to multitask across key areas such as poolside, gym floor coaching, and administrative duties.
