Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic beers and soft‑drink brands including Carlsberg, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, Wainwright, J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence. It also holds licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK – Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy. The business operates five production facilities and sixteen logistics depots across the country.
Role Overview
This dynamic position supports the Brand Activation Manager in developing and executing effective brand campaign plans across our digital platforms. You will strengthen our digital proposition and activation campaigns while working with key customers to create win‑win scenarios that drive increased rates of sale and distribution of our brands.
Responsibilities
* Execute the campaign calendar by creating compelling brand kits that drive improved utilisation and continuously develop content to maximise usage in outlets
* Manage external agency relationships to ensure effective delivery of world‑class work for the Digital Sales Platform team
* Provide day‑to‑day support for field sales teams, creating tools that enhance their ability to sell our platform proposition
* Generate comprehensive campaign reporting and evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities
* Lead and own specific customer accounts, building and executing plans in collaboration with commercial teams
* Support the Brand Activation Manager in delivering exceptional plans for key customers, including attending strategic meetings
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our digital platforms offering
* Foster positive relationships within the cross‑functional digital platforms team and wider Digital Commerce department
Experience & Key Attributes
* Previous experience in shopper marketing or creative roles
* Strong understanding of point‑of‑purchase activation strategies
* Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can‑do attitude
* Creative problem‑solver who can contribute innovative ideas to campaign development
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners
