Astute's EPC Power team is partnering with a leading EPC Contractor within the UK Power Industry to recruit an Electrical Supervisor on a 7 months contract basis for their Energy from Waste plant in Ellesmere Port The Electrical Supervisor will come with a daily rate from £400.00 to £420.00 Key skills and responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to design electrical systems tailored to project requirements, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and controls. Demonstrable industrial E&IC knowledge, preferably in power generation. Able to work with others on site on a day to day basis if and when required. Sound Knowledge of Work at Height and Temporary Works. Able to plan and coordinate access arrangements for subcontractors. Able to proactively identify potential blocking points for activities. Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for electrical systems to facilitate clear communication and accurate execution. Prioritize safety by adhering to electrical codes, national grid requirements, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring personnel well-being and legal compliance.
