HelpBnk is building a founder-first platform and community that helps people start and grow businesses. Events are a core part of that strategy. They drive growth, partnerships, revenue, and community engagement. We’re looking for a Head of Events to own HelpBnk’s live and community-led events program, from strategy through to delivery, with a clear focus on commercial outcomes as well as founder experience. What You’ll Do: Own and deliver HelpBnk’s annual UK events strategy Plan and deliver HelpBnk Live, Doorbell activations, pitching events, networking formats and webinars Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to support sponsorship, brand activations and revenue targets Ensure events drive clear outcomes: – Platform sign-ups – StarterKit and accelerator awareness – Partner exposure and conversion – Community engagement and retention Manage end-to-end event delivery (venues, suppliers, logistics, run-of-show) Act as senior on-site lead and host at key events Build repeatable event formats that can scale globally Support community-led events and ensure they align with HelpBnk standards and goals Track performance, costs and outcomes for each event Support new markets by building out local teams What You’ll Get: Direct access to senior leadership Ownership of a high-impact growth and revenue channel Autonomy to build and improve how HelpBnk shows up in real life Exposure to partners, brands and founder ecosystem The chance to shape one of HelpBnk’s most visible functions If you’re after a comfy 9–5, a box-ticking logistics role, or a job where someone else hands you the playbook and the ownership stays low, this isn’t it.
