A leading legal 500 firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded team

The Role
You will play a key role within the team, managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters while also supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value claims across a broad range of medical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters
* Assisting on complex, high-value cases across a variety of medical areas
* Delivering clear, accurate and commercially sound legal advice
* Providing a high standard of client care, supporting clients throughout often sensitive and challenging circumstances
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless and high-quality service
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Clinical Negligence
* Strong experience managing your own caseload, including litigation
* Excellent technical ability and attention to detail
* Confident advising clients and handling matters with a high degree of autonomy
* Experience supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value claims
* A professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
* Strong team player with the ability to contribute to a collaborative environment
