Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the branch's day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The manager will oversee inventory management, implement company sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities to meet branch targets. Additional responsibilities include coaching and motivating team members, maintaining a clean and professional workspace, and building lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership and team management skills, including experience leading, motivating, and training a sales team.
* Sales and customer service expertise, with a strong ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Operational and inventory management skills, including proficiency in maintaining stock levels and ensuring accuracy in store operations.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Professional approach and understanding of health and safety compliance in a retail/branch setting.
* Knowledge of the trailer or towing industry is a plus, as well as a valid driver’s license and familiarity with towing products.
* Prior experience in a sales or branch management role is highly desirable.
