The Role You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring high standards of service and compliance throughout. Key Responsibilities Managing residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish in line with regulatory and quality standards Conducting title checks and raising/resolving associated issues Advising clients on mortgage offers Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other professionals (in person, by phone and via email) Preparing files for completion Handling all aspects of post-completion work, including responding promptly to requisitions Delivering excellent client care and building strong working relationships Collaborating with colleagues to meet targets and maintain the firm's reputation for excellence About You A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law, regulations and best practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Proficiency with case management systems and IT tools A proactive, team-focused approach What's on Offer?
