Compensation: $100–$110 per hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):
* Design complex, real-world legal problems to support training of frontier AI systems
* Create multi-step legal workflows involving court databases, case law research, and regulatory analysis
* Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance on legal reasoning tasks
* Analyze AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal standards
* Collaborate asynchronously with other domain experts on AI research initiatives
Requirements:
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top university in the U.S., Canada, UK, New Zealand, or Australia
* Professional experience in litigation, regulatory work, or legal research
* Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, or CourtListener
* Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High proficiency in English
