The school is seeking a dedicated Interventions Teaching Assistant to support children both one-on-one and in small group settings—making a real impact academically and emotionally. Your Role Will Include: Delivering focused intervention sessions to support pupils with ALN and behavioural needs. Helping to develop key literacy and numeracy skills in an engaging and supportive manner. Encouraging a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all children feel valued. Working alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and fellow support staff to deliver consistent, effective support. Building trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents. Adapting flexibly to the needs of the school day while ensuring pupil wellbeing and safeguarding at all times. What We're Looking For: Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to register. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Child Workforce)—support available if needed. Two recent professional references from the last 24 months. A calm, proactive, and patient approach to supporting children.
