The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to join our growing team within the office fit outs sector. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while managing client relationships and delivering tailored office fit out solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the office fit outs market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
* Generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
* Conduct client meetings and present tailored solutions
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close
* Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
What We Are Looking For
* Proven or demonstrable interest in B2B sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* A full UK driving licence is essential
