The opportunity: As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational managers across services, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. This is a visible, relationship-led role where credibility, empathy and sector understanding are key. You’ll translate organisational goals into meaningful people initiatives, ensuring HR practice supports both compliance and compassion.
