Legal Secretary Campbell & Co Solicitors Ballycastle Campbell & Co Solicitors is seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Secretary to join our Ballycastle office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established firm where you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, with a particular focus on Private Client, Probate, and Conveyancing work. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient and proactive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Produce accurate and well-presented documents, letters, and forms using typing and audio/digital dictation. Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Prioritise and manage a busy workload, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. Maintain and update case management systems and Microsoft Office documentation. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Conveyancing or Probate department. Strong typing and dictation skills, with excellent attention to detail. Clear, confident communication and a strong commitment to client care. Highly organised working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Confidence when liaising with clients, lenders, and external parties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in legal bookkeeping and accounts is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
