Incidents of poor behaviour are very rare and handled appropriately to help pupils reflect on their choices We are looking for someone who is an outstanding and effective classroom practitioner with a proven track record of raising standards. The successful candidate should also possess energy, enthusiasm and a desire to inspire a love of their subject. They will be an excellent communicator who can bring our exciting English curriculum to life. The ability to teach a second subject such as D&T would be desirable.
