Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Resin Bound Installer/Hard Landscaper to join our team. The candidate will have experience in hard landscaping and ideally resin bound surfacing. Other experience required includes: excavation work, mini digger operation, site levels, paving, site preparation, as well as proficiency in various other hard landscaping techniques. You will work closely with our team to execute projects to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for resin bound installation, including excavation, base preparation, and edging.
* Mix and apply resin bound materials in accordance with project specifications, using both hand trowel and power float.
* Install and finish resin bound surfaces to achieve a smooth and durable result.
* Assist with other hard landscaping tasks as needed, such as paving, fencing, turfing and planting.
* Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hard landscaping and/or resin bound installation.
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation.
* Local as some early starts required (early finishes too if project completion permits)
* Have flexibility for occasional weekend work
* Fit, hardworking, willing to learn and have a laugh along the way
* Health and safety awareness on construction sites.
