IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Structured Cabling Location: Hounslow, London, UK Contract: Initial 6 months Rate: INSIDE IR35 Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex Telco/Cabling infrastructure projects within an Airport environments or similar infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on the connectivity and cabling systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of project management strategies in a high-stakes airport environment. Oversee the installation and maintenance of optical cabling systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with suppliers and manage contracts effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and timelines. Ensure adherence to CDM 2025 regulations and NEC contracts, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the project management team. Experience: Previous experience working at an Airport or Rail In-depth knowledge of Civil & Infrastructure projects, emphasis on structured cabling. Familiarity with transport network operations and the integration of advanced technology solutions. Experienced in building services, i.e retail outlets Strong background in supplier management, with the ability to negotiate and maintain productive relationships. Comprehensive understanding of CDM 2025 regulations contract management NEC3/NEC4 Contract Management Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field. CDM 2015 Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
