Overview
HW Interim Solutions are working with a key client to appoint an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Business Analyst for a long term FTC.
This is a key role supporting a complex payroll and HR systems landscape, with responsibility for shaping and delivering scalable, compliant payroll solutions across multiple regions.
You will act as the bridge between HR, Payroll, IT and third-party providers, translating business requirements into effective system solutions, while supporting ongoing transformation and optimisation activity.
Key focus areas
* End-to-end analysis and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP solutions
* Supporting payroll implementations, enhancements and upgrades
* Leading on data migration, validation and reconciliation activities
* Ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance and audit readiness
* Partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across payroll processes
* Supporting integrations across SAP, time management and third-party systems
We are looking for
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
* Deep understanding of payroll processes, including UK legislation (PAYE, NI, RTI)
* Experience across full lifecycle implementations, including testing and data migration
* Ability to operate as a subject matter expert, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
This role would suit someone with a strong delivery mindset who is equally comfortable in the detail and engaging at a senior stakeholder level.
