About the Role
The Area Sales Executive (ASE) plays a key role in Nationwide Platforms achieving its sales strategy objectives. This includes growing a diverse customer base across different sectors, increasing trading accounts across all tiers, and continually improving customer satisfaction levels.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in both construction and non-construction sectors, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities in the local area.

Responsibilities include:
* Achieving revenue targets from local customers and new business
* Meeting revenue targets for local construction projects
* Creating new sales opportunities through targeted approaches
* Mining customer data, researching competitors, and monitoring new customer accounts to maximize opportunities
* Generating sales leads via cold calling, networking, project interaction, and social media
* Achieving monthly regional machine hire targets through active customer and project engagement
* Engaging with potential and existing customers face-to-face, by phone, and email

* Strong organizational skills with effective workload prioritization
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven by KPIs
* Experience handling objections and understanding customer needs
