We are seeking reliable and experienced Approved (Gold Card) Electricians for an immediate start on a major, long-term Commercial and Residential development in Northwest London. This is a fantastic opportunity for consistent, high-paying work with a leading M&E contractor.

The Role
You will be responsible for executing all aspects of electrical installation to the highest standards, including:

1st and 2nd fix electrical installations in commercial and new-build residential units.
*
Installation of containment systems (conduit, trunking, tray), power distribution, and lighting.
*
Ensuring strict adherence to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
*
Working closely with site management and other trades to meet deadlines.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following:

ECS/JIB Status: Valid ECS Gold Card (Approved Electrician) is mandatory.
*
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
*
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge and practical application of the 18th Edition.
*
Experience: Proven background in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
*
Desirable: Prior experience in new-build residential developments.
*
Full set of professional hand tools and reliable transport.
