This hands-on role includes tasks such as hand drawing, silver leaf eglomise, scalpel cutting, painting, sandblasting, and assisting on-site installations. Ideal candidates will be passionate about craftsmanship, have a steady hand, and enjoy working collaboratively within a small, close-knit team. A background or strong interest in illustration, design, or decorative arts is essential, with plenty of opportunity to develop new specialist skills.
