Key Responsibilities
1. Lead all onsite construction activities for assigned ground‑up project from start to finish
2. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and onsite safety compliance
3. Oversee day-to-day field operations ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to plans
4. Collaborate closely with project management to drive timelines, budgets, and deliverables
5. Maintain clear communication channels with owner reps, architects, engineers, and internal teams
6. Proactively solve field issues, manage logistics, and anticipate project needs
7. Uphold company standards for safety, documentation, and professional representation
8. Foster a positive and productive jobsite environment aligned with company culture

The Successful Applicant
What You Bring
9. Lead Superintendent experience on ground‑up construction projects
10. A well‑rounded project background (preferably not siloed into just one sector)
11. Strong capabilities in site work coordination, particularly for the Epping NH project
12. Proficiency with Excel & Bluebeam
13. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
14. Ability to work onsite in either Epping, NH or Hamilton, MA
