Join to apply for the Breakfast Manager role at voco Grand Central Hotel, IHG Hotels & Resorts. We are looking for a full‑time professional to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests.
As our Breakfast Manager, you will lead and inspire the breakfast team to deliver an exceptional voco‑standard breakfast experience every day. You’ll take ownership of team management, including recruitment, rotas, and training, ensuring our people are supported, motivated, and performing at their best. Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage management team, you’ll focus on driving guest satisfaction and continuously improving our breakfast scores. Alongside breakfast service, you’ll also oversee our Afternoon Tea offering, ensuring consistency in quality and service across both areas. With a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a hands‑on approach, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable mornings and a warm Glasgow welcome for every guest.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Proven F&B management experience within a hotel environment – experience managing a busy breakfast team is highly advantageous.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, motivate, and support a diverse team.
* A proactive, hands‑on approach and the drive to continuously improve service and guest satisfaction.
* A warm personality and enthusiasm for being part of our vibrant voco team.
