Program Manager
Program: Milestones Community-Based Day Services (CBDS)
Location: Northampton, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $50,000/yr

Each day, individuals in our CBDS and School Transition services engage in relationship-building, cooking, arts, self-advocacy, music, yoga, sports, and community outings. We are looking for a Program Director who can guide this vibrant and meaningful work.

About the Role:
As the Program Director, you'll oversee all aspects of Milestones CBDS and School Transition services, support staff, maintain program excellence, manage referrals, and ensure high-quality care reflecting our core values of dignity, respect, and inclusion. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility, creativity, and accountability.
Role Summary:
Program Oversight & Planning
* Oversee daily delivery of services
* Develop schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure appropriate groupings and curriculum
* Facilitate team meetings and communication
Leadership & Supervision
* Manage a team of 5+ support staff
* Provide supervision, professional development, and training
* Ensure coverage and act as emergency response lead
Service Coordination & Compliance
* Manage admissions, discharges, and ISP processes
* Oversee documentation and reporting
* Monitor standards and service quality
Operations & Communication
* Track attendance and billing
* Assist with budget and compliance
* Communicate with families and address facilities needs
Strategic Initiatives & Representation
* Participate in agency committees
* Represent Milestones externally
* Stay informed of trends and contribute to development
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Services or 5+ years of related experience
* At least 2 years supporting individuals with disabilities
* Experience managing a team
* Comfort with electronic records and reporting
* Willingness to work at Northampton and Hadley locations
