Junior Designer
This isn’t a 9 – 5pm position, heading into a big corporate office with shiny windows – think mature startup, with an established brand, great products and a well-oiled team.
We are looking for entrepreneurial minded people, who can motivate themselves and bring great ideas to the team.
As the Junior Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our visual identity to life across a variety of channels — from social media and digital campaigns to packaging, print, and beyond. Reporting to the Creative and Marketing Lead, this role is perfect for a creative self-starter looking to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You’ll work across multiple touch points, contributing to everything from concept development and content creation to art direction and brand evolution.
What you will be doing:
You'll design engaging visuals across all our touch points - social media, packaging, email marketing, and print materials. Working closely with our marketing, product, and content teams, you'll assist in concept development, mood board creation, and art direction for social content, photoshoots, and campaigns.
You'll support the execution of marketing collateral and brand assets across platforms whilst ensuring consistency and attention to detail in everything we produce. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas to brainstorms and helps foster our culture of creativity and experimentation.

Who are you?
We're looking for a creative visionary with 1-2 years' experience who brings both technical skills and strategic thinking. You'll have a strong portfolio spanning digital and print design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (motion/video skills a bonus), and an excellent eye for layout, colour, and typography.
Most importantly, you're proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about branding in the lifestyle space. You're not just executing designs - you're a creative thinker who understands consumer behaviour and can push creative boundaries whilst staying true to our brand strategy. A strong understanding of the marketing space is essential you know the landscape, the tools, and what drives results.

Qualifications
• Qualifications in Design, Graphic Design or Art required.
Skills and Experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and CapCut.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An understanding of operational and business needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong collaboration, team communication – our team is vibrant, fun and energetic.
• Passionate or keenly interested in the food and beverage space.
You are an effective and efficient worker who doesn’t need someone over their shoulder telling them what to do. You're open to feedback, always looking to grow, and excited to keep sharpening your skills along the way! Attention to detail is everything, you need to be somebody who cares about things being great.
