A thriving and inclusive secondary school in North London is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and inspirational Teacher of Geography to join our successful Humanities faculty.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 teaching for a suitably experienced candidate. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons that inspire curiosity about the world
Foster excellent progress and outcomes for students of all abilities
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive Humanities department
Promote high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
Support enrichment opportunities including fieldwork, trips, and extracurricular activities
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography education
Is committed to inclusive teaching and raising achievement for all learners
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to contribute to wider school life
