Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator: Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties Proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive database Cross-selling between the other JOHNS&CO branches and our extensive New Homes offerings Working as a team to ensure the annual target is met Conduct viewings & negotiate offers Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients Who We're Looking For Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Knowledge of the London property market Proactive and tenacious Target driven and ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales) A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation Dedicated to exceeding client expectations Hold a valid driving licence (essential) https://careers.johnsand.co/home
