The nursery is now looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team and work alongside experienced assistants and room leaders in both the baby and pre-school rooms. The nursery began as a childminding service in 2014 and has since flourished into a vibrant, fully-fledged setting with over 15 staff. Their ethos is simple: children come first. What Youll Be Doing Creating fun, age-appropriate play and learning activities Supporting childrens social, emotional, and physical development Observing and documenting childrens progress in line with the EYFS Working closely with colleagues to plan engaging activities tailored to each child Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment Communicating effectively with parents and staff to share updates and insights Safeguarding children and ensuring their wellbeing at all times Bringing joy to daily routineswhether through stories, crafts, songs, or a spontaneous dance party! ?? About You Were looking for someone who is: Qualified with Early Years NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) Experienced in working with children (experience with babies is a bonus) Fun, caring, and creative with a hands-on approach A strong communicator who works well in a team Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to lead activities with confidence ??
