10. Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £13.00 per hour
11. Weekends (Sat–Sun): £13.67 per hour
12. Mileage allowance: ÂŁ0.30p per mile
⏰ Shift Patterns
Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
13. Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
14. Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
15. Sleep-in/Waking nights Shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll help with:
16. Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
17. Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
18. Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
19. Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
20. Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
21. Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

23. 💊 Medication Management – collecting prescriptions, reminders, safe administration
24. 🍲 Nutrition & Mealtimes – cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs

26. 🚶 Mobility Assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
27. 👀 Health Monitoring – observing and reporting changes in condition
28. 🌍 Social Inclusion – helping maintain community and family connections
29. 💬 Emotional Support – empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
30. 📝 Documentation – accurate record keeping
31. 🛡️ Safety & Emergency Response – creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed

Qualifications
