Job Overview:
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and possess excellent phone etiquette skills.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain an organised reception area
- Utilise Google Suite for scheduling and correspondence
- Type correspondence and reports as needed
- Work with our MEWS Property Management System
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with MEWS Property Management System or similar is advantageous
- Prior experience in an office environment is preferred
