The candidate selected for this role will provide admin support to the Estimating Team whilst undertaking estimating training.\n\n· General office administration and record keeping\n· Logging new enquiries\n· Assisting Estimators\n· Prepare draft estimates from Billing, Written Instructions and Drawings â to be vetted by Senior Estimator\n· Liaising with customers to confirm orders, design details, agree prices and deal with queries\n· Prepare kitchen layout drawings from architectural plans/sketches\n· Prepare Take Off handover sheet\n\nThis is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. The successful job holder will be expected to perform varying tasks as required by their line manager & the overall objectives of the organisation. You will learn how to work both in a team and individually in a busy office environment. You will learn how to manage your work load and complete tasks efficiently.
