We are currently recruiting for a 1st Commis Chef to join our Food Production team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

* Ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and assist in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.
* Be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills.
* Support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
About You
* Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
* Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
* Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
