Hours: 4 on 4 off – 6pm to 6am
Salary: £35,000 per year

Take ownership of the night shift and lead a critical operation at one of the UK's busiest airport car parks.
We're hiring an experienced and proactive Airport Night Parking Manager to run our overnight parking operation near Gatwick Airport. With over 3,100 spaces, a 70-strong team, and hundreds of customers arriving and departing each night, this role is all about delivering smooth, efficient, and safe service when it matters most.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions and direction will shape the customer experience and the performance of the night team.

1. Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of car park attendants, bus drivers, and customer service staff. Foster a positive, high-performance culture across the night shift.
