Overview
Emergency Response Officer (12 Month FTC) role at Magenta Living. This fixed-term position based at the head office in Birkenhead, Wirral. You’ll be the first point of contact in critical moments, offering calm, confident assistance and building trust with customers, colleagues, and external partners. You’ll represent Magenta Living with professionalism and empathy. This role requires flexibility to work a 24/7 shift pattern, including Bank Holidays and the Christmas period, and you’ll be part of our emergency response service, providing on-call cover when needed.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact in critical moments, offering calm, confident assistance and building trust with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
* Collaborate with Police, PCSOs, members of the public, and internal teams, representing Magenta Living with professionalism and empathy.
