Executive Support & Customer Success Lead UK-based | Hybrid / Flexible We’re recruiting for a senior Executive Support & Customer Success Lead role within a fast-growing, values-led organisation operating in a regulated, people-focused sector. This is not a traditional PA role. It’s a hybrid position sitting at the intersection of executive support, operations, and client experience. You’ll act as a trusted extension of the leadership team — bringing structure, calm and momentum — while also ensuring clients experience a smooth, professional journey from onboarding through to ongoing engagement. What you’ll be doing Providing high-level executive and operational support to senior leadership Managing complex diaries, meetings, events and priorities (the kind that actually matter) Supporting business initiatives during periods of growth and change Owning client onboarding and early-stage implementation Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, confidence and continuity Building strong, professional client relationships and managing issues calmly and commercially Keeping standards high around accuracy, governance, discretion and follow-through This role suits someone who: Has experience in EA / Executive Support, Customer Success or Account Management Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments Is highly organised, proactive and quietly effective Is comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and external clients Can flex between detail and big picture without dropping the ball Brings calm, judgement and credibility rather than noise This is a role for someone who enjoys being the person things run through, not the person chasing credit for it.
