General Manager – Premium Pub Dining
Hydes Brewery Ltd is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead our newest premium dining site, The Boathouse, Parkgate, Neston. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, and creating an outstanding guest experience in a refreshed, seaside environment.

Working Hours
48 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with two consecutive rest days each week.

Location
The Boathouse is a premium dining venue located by the Dee Estuary. It features a beautiful conservatory and outdoor seating – a prime spot to enjoy local wildlife and sunsets.
Responsibilities
* Operate fresh‑food sites with a minimum of £30 k net profit per week.
* Lead the reopening or launch of a new site.
* Build a local reputation through social media and community engagement, host quality events.
* Create and nurture a culture of excellent food, hospitality and customer service.
* Motivate and develop a high‑performing, loyal team.
* Manage P&L, cash, stocks and controllable costs with rigorous oversight.
* Maintain impeccable administration, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
