I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis for an initial 6-month period. Key Duties: Handling a range of landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and new lettings Day-to-day estates management responsibilities This role may involve valuation work too but it's not required to be a registered valuer. General Practice Estates Management. Requirements: MRICS qualification is preferred Registered Valuer status is not required Previous estates management experience is vital, with Local Authority background preferred but not essential This role offers flexible working-with one day a week in the office, with the remainder of the time remote.
