An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Department or experienced Property Solicitor looking to step up to join my clients team in their Birkenhead offices on a hybrid basis. Job purpose: To be responsible for the professional lead, legal training, and supervision of the Property Group (sale & purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity & equity release) and delivery of a professional service by the teams to external and internal clients. To achieve required operational, financial and client service performance standards.
