Position: Customer Engagement Website Manager
Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid)
Client: Global Leading Pharma
Type: 12 months Contract - Full-time
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the website strategy and roadmap for the Northern European Department.
2. Lead planning, execution, and optimization of website content — from global assets to local market adaptations.
3. Collaborate with creative agencies to localize global campaigns and create impactful local content.
4. Ensure all website content complies with legal and regulatory standards.
5. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through data insights.
6. Partner with IT, BI&A, and global web teams to ensure seamless operations and optimized website performance.
7. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Comms, Sales, etc.) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to deliver engaging consumer experiences.
8. Stay informed on external digital and market trends to enhance web strategy.
9. Oversee SEO strategy development, optimizing content for visibility and technical performance, while preparing for future AI-driven capabilities.
