Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage online marketing and content creation across our two hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong digital presence, driving online engagement, supporting sales and events campaigns, and ensuring our websites are optimised, engaging, and user-friendly. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and leadership to drive our marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence.

Duties

* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
* Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and optimise website content.
* Oversee project management for various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
* Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns, utilising strong copywriting skills.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for graphic design needs related to digital content.
* Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring all information is current and relevant.
* Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI through effective targeting and ad copy.
* Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Develop and execute social media management strategies across various platforms to engage with our audience.
* Collaborate with B2B clients to understand their needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
* Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings or client pitches.
* Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking marketing metrics.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

* Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
* Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools, along with experience in Google Ads management.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content is highly desirable.
* Experience using WordPress for website management is essential.
* Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of Google Analytics for performance tracking.
* Strong copywriting abilities with experience in crafting compelling content for various platforms.
* Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices is required.
* Experience in B2B marketing is preferred, along with a solid understanding of the B2B landscape.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
