A well-established food manufacturing business is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator to support safe working practices across a busy production facility.

The Role
Reporting into the HS&E Manager, you will support the delivery of health, safety and environmental standards across site, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting site audits and safety inspections
* Supporting risk assessments and safe systems of work
* Assisting with accident, incident and near-miss investigations
* Supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
* Delivering toolbox talks and safety training
* Monitoring and reporting HS&E performance data
* Promoting a positive health & safety culture across the business
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or willing to working towards)
* Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* A proactive and organised approach
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business
