Responsibilities
* Handle commercial insurance claims end-to-end including Motor Fleet cases
* Evaluate coverage, investigate losses, and negotiate settlements
* Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and vendors to drive resolution
* Analyse claims data to identify trends
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships
Requirements
* Proven experience in commercial claims handling
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
