Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
Location: Crewe, CW1 3PL

The successful candidate will assist in providing core coordination and reporting activities in an accurate and timely manner using agreed business systems and processes. They will also provide support to enable the Operations, Finance & Business Managers to manage the Bentley Contract effectively and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing internal help desk support for Bentley
* Single point of contact for all requests from Bentley team
* Liaising with collection and disposal locations
* Using Salesforce to log activities and produce reports
* Arranging waste collections and liaising with suppliers
* Financial reporting and managing purchase orders
* Arranging hazardous consignment notes
* Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
* Investigating month-end anomalies
* Assisting with financial reporting and budgets
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google applications
* Self-motivated with responsibility for a contract
* AAT qualification is a plus
