We currently have a position available in our Wonder World Site Kitchen and want to add fun, energetic, positive and dedicated staff members to our Kitchen Team
Our kitchens offer a set menu, done to a high standard. We offer an environment that teaches people how to use their skills in a high paced service environment and use basic knife skills, basic sauce skills and pizza rolling skills within our prep times. We uphold all kitchen procedures and follow a strict food hygiene policy. Teaching all staff how to identify holding levels, stock rotation, ordering process, HACCP, COSHH and time management within the kitchen environment.
The position we have available is based on peak times for the business which is mainly weekends and school holidays, making this job opportunity perfect for a candidate that need some flexibility during the week.
Our kitchen teams are all lead by experienced Head Chefs in our purpose built facilities that boast full kitchens, simple but good quality menus, along with ongoing training and support to ensure our Chefs are well equipped and successful within their role. Furthermore, we close by 6.30pm, so no late nights into the weekend which is excellent for work life balance.
