Job Role: M&E Project Engineer
Salary / Rate: £425 – £500 / day (depending on the experience)
Location: Liverpool, Bolton and Congleton
Our client are currently looking to hire a M&E Project Engineer on a contract basis to support ongoing works on the United Utilities framework. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering key infrastructure projects within the water sector.
About the Role
* Ensure project costs do not exceed tender/varied allowance
* Ensure contract reviews, monthly forecasts are completed and submitted on time
* Maintain good client relationships at all levels
* Assist with the Project Management strategy
* Assist in the production of the contract programme; monitor programme and produce progress reports
* Provide data for the timely production of O&M manuals
* Produce Procurement packages
About you
o Experience of water and waste water treatment processes
o Working knowledge of various conditions of contract especially I Chem E & NEC
o Engineering/ Technical qualification (HNC minimum) required
o Knowledge of supply chain expedition
o CDM & Health & Safety knowledge
o Relevant professional qualification an advantage
