We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join a new store opening at Robin Retail Park, Wigan. You will lead the team at this new location, playing a key role in its success from day one. The role involves undergoing training, possibly at another nearby store, and participating in the selection process for the new team.
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, oversee employees, model leadership, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is also a stepping stone to becoming a Store Manager, with development and training supported by the company.

About You
We seek someone passionate about fashion retail, with experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with current fashion trends is a plus. Candidates currently working as Deputy Store Managers, Retail Operations Supervisors, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
