Are you calm, confident and passionate about helping young people succeed?
Schools across Leicestershire and Warwickshire are urgently looking for Behaviour Mentors who can support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
These roles suit people from backgrounds such as:
* Youth work
* Coaching/ Tutoring
* Mental health support
* Pastoral roles
* Support work
* PRU / SEMH experience
* Graduates looking for experience in education e.g. Psychology, sport coaching, mental health, support work, healthcare, core subjects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Building positive, trusting relationships
* Encouraging engagement, resilience and progress
* Being a consistent role model for young people who really need one
