Salary £60 - £65,000

We are looking for a values-driven and strategic leader who combines vision with empathy, and who can build strong partnerships, empower people, and drive sustainable growth in an evolving sector.
As CEO, you will:
1. Provide inspiring and inclusive leadership across the organisation.
2. Champion mental health awareness and community wellbeing.
3. Strengthen partnerships with communities, funders, and stakeholders.
4. Lead innovation and growth while staying true to our mission, vision and values
5. Support and develop a passionate and talented workforce.
6. Embed EDI, Lived Experience & Co-production into everything we do.
We are looking for someone who:
7. Is an authentic and compassionate senior leader.
8. Has experience leading organisational strategy and change.
9. Can demonstrate strong income generation experience.
10. Is an outstanding communicator and relationship builder.
11. Has a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and mental health.
