The successful HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key managers, supporting them in delivering the strategic business plan and the development and use of policies and systems which are aligned to the business needs. As the business looks ahead, the HR Business Partner will be incredibly important in driving a positive company culture across a range of teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an operational HR service to all business areas, to include; recruitment and retention, Data & Systems, learning & development, case management and performance management.
2. Promote a professional and effective HR service, ensuring that the role of HR Business Partner is conducted to the highest standard.
3. To partner with senior HR colleagues in the implementation of the strategic HR plans, projects, and initiatives to positively add value to both the organisation and staff.
