Residential Conveyancer, 2 Years experience, Merseyside, Competitive Salary – We are currently seeking a qualified Conveyancer to take on a key role within this expanding team. JOB REF: 3807 THE ROLE: • You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. • You will have support from a legal assistant. • Alongside your fee earning work, you will also take on the role of MLRO for the firm and have some supervisory responsibilities within the conveyancing team.
