Payments Operations Specialist
Location: Norwich based
Salary: circa £26,000

A bit about the job:
You’ll be part of our Finance Operations team, making sure payments are processed accurately and on time. Your work will support our wider business by keeping financial transactions flowing. You’ll handle queries, work with banks, and help improve how we do things. It’s a role that brings real value – helping us deliver for our customers every day.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience in financial operations or payment processing
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Confidence using financial systems and reporting tools
* A proactive attitude and a drive to improve processes
